maintenance log
We are looking at a 300 bed hotel for maintenance. The maint manager wants a log kept in his office for each indoor fan coil + the outdoors vrv + any ahu's x 2 a year. This amounts to a hell of a lot of paperwork.
How do you guy's log on this scale?

Re: maintenance log
Would it be worthwhile setting up a spreadsheet file, or similar, that is kept up to date by the visiting techie or himself from your report sheets?

Re: maintenance log
we would take an initial asset list and then from that use a check/tick list showing what we have done and were, the assets list becomes a living document and the service/check list remains the same
PM me your email and will email speed sheets as cant upload excel filesPaul
