heat pipe recovery issue
Hi sirs
I want to apply heat pipe recovery in our dehumidifier. See attached picture.
Anybody know how to manuacture heat pipe? is it cost effective in this field?

Sorry but i do not understand your attached diagram.
is the air moving from, left to right, passing over a hot pipe then a cold pipe then a hot pipe again?
Please could you give a little more info.

It's a U-shape heatpipe which put in the inlet and outlet of cooling coil which perform precool and reheat and need no energy input.

It's impossible to make anything foolproof because fools are so ingenious...

Hi Li,
Wanted to use Heat pipes for reheat in one of our projects. Was working with Heatpipes Inc. India subsidiary....however answer to fluid being used in "Its proprietary".
We had reviewed U type heat pipes, which takes heat from inlet air to cooling coil and provides it at outlet of cooling coil for reheat thus reducing cooling as well as heating capacity.
However, cost of the equipment did not turn out to be viable in our case.
