hi all help me how make evaporator for tank of milk ? what s temperature evaporation ? thank all

hi milton,

it is important with milk to keep the evaporating temp not less then -3C. if the milk gets into the tank at 35C, you will have no problems. if you just want to keep it cool at 3>4C, you might have to set it a bit higher to avoid freezing of the inner tank walls.
