    very big problem with refrigerator comp.heat up low cooling in REF portion



    hi every one

    i've very big problem in my refrigerator
    that in my refrigerator compressor heat up early and low cooling in refrigerator portion (not in freezer side)
    and also compressor oil chock

    please tell me reason and tell me

    what can i do with existing 250 units (low cooling) what can i do with them
    scrap them or any solution u have
    what is the problem
    our unit capcity is 340L
    and we are using matsusita compressor 7.7cc
    can problem in compressor or ???????

    speacialy to BRAIN _UK, JOSIP, US ICEMAN AND ALL THE MEMBERS
    PLEASE TELL ME WHAT WRONG WITH MY REFRIGERATOR

    You didn't say what refrigerant they are using.
    If its 134a, my guess is a blocked filter drier.

    Is the condenser inside the insulation? If this is so probably you have leaks and low refrigerant charge.

    It is impossible to diagnose without more information. You need to install pinch off valves in one refrigerator and measure suction and discharge pressures and temperatures.

    And refrigerant too as chemi-cool asked!

    hii every one

    we are using R134a
    and direct cool refrigerator

    condensor outside of the refrigerator

    this problem with 250 refrigerators not a single its came from enduser

    more question please feel free to talk

    You have 250 units with the same problem.

    Definetly a design problem. Let's see, a refrigerant cooled compressor that's overheating.

    1. undesized condenser
    2. condenser not designed for high ambient (if applicable)
    3. return gas temp too high
    4. compression ratio too high
    5. suction pressure too low

    P.S. what does "compressor oil chock" refer too?
