    It looks like you have been busy! Section 5 of that paper has some good information!!!

    There is some good information on dual risers also.

    I did not read all of it yet (just glanced at it quickly) and in general the paper has some good information in it.
    If all else fails, ask for help.

    If one starts to go into much details like I did on hot as defrosting, lots of information is available.

    Actually this paper is from 1992. I am sure lots of changes in the design or concepts must have taken place. But the fundamentals must be the same.
