About desing refrigeration system

I need information about desing of refrigeration system for maintenance and cooling tunnels or freezing, I would like to Know, How to select in correct form the different components of the system,
compressor, condensa, condenser, etc....
Some person has information or a Books about it....
I woul like to participate lost in the forum, but, My english is not good...
