    new d-tek

Has anyone heard about inficon's new d-tek leak detector. It is supposed to be more sensitive on hfc's than the old one is with cfc's/hcfc's. Works with infra red somehow instead of heated diode. I got all excited when I saw a prototype at the abco trade show in New York. If the guy up the booth wasn't blowing smoke up my ass, this tool is going to make my life a lot easier.

Thanks rdocwra. I'm sure my supplier will let me know when it's available. Connecticut is in north-eastern U.S., by New york. I don't remember even having a geography class in school. I guess I would not be able to find you either.
