    Trane chiller

    Hi all
Went to work on a trane chiller today model No ERTAA 324 serial No EKJ4607. Was going to replace all the drier cores. On site engineer enabled BMS to run chiller and pumps.
When i got to the chiller it was not running and on the display was the message No Communication, No Valid Data.
Checked voltages and signals on the comms modules also checked fuses all seemed ok. Has anyone experienced this prob or point me in the right direction
    cheers

This problem happens when a setting is not correct or any module not provide information to the main module
