Positive pressure, air locks, high air circulation rate for higher filtration of air. Push dirty air into the returns/exhausts

Filtration downstream of air handling equipmemnt either in the ductwork or built into supply diffusers

yes look after one for a medical company near me,its all plant we have seen before but the logistics and consequences of what its used for makes it a very labour heavy site,oh and the call out is 24/7

Basically a clean room is 99.999% hepa filtration with positive pressure room to surroundings and airlocks so that the ingress of dust and dirt is minimized. By its very nature the room will be close control on temperature and humidity.
Actual specification though will depend on the actual application...pharmaceutical, silican chip etc.

Hello All,
We Classify as 100, 1000, 10,000 which I think has something to do with PPM (parts per million) of particulate matter over a certain size. We combine clean with cool/heat/humidity inside an insulated structure. Air handling is taken out and combined with a HEPA package that uses something called a magnahelix [I THINK] that reports delta P which indicates if the filter needs changing. Cheers!
