    Question certification question

Does "EPA certified" and "licensed" to purchase refrigerant mean the same thing? Can someone with a 1993 Universal certification card legally buy R22 online? Does he need any other license to do so?

    Re: certification question

I noticed that no one responded to this question.

EPA 608 or 609 certification is, often, referred to as licensing in numerous documents. It stands to reason that you are licensed to purchase refrigerant. Other professions do not interchange the terms.

US "Clean Air Act" regulated by the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency).

This may be on the test.
