Hi Richard

It looks like a bog standard time switch found on most Porkkas, and similar spray machines which pump water into those little cups.

The think is most of these ice makers come from Italy I think, but badged in numerous names.

You probably seen them, dial is orange and has two micro switches.

Have you tried Williams, I know it isn't one of their units but their technical guy is very helpful & may be able to point you in the right direction of they havn't got somthing to do the job
