Health and Safety Gone Mad.
At an Engineers meeting recently, we were all Issued with Rucksacks.
These were to be used to put all our P.P.E. in!
This was as a result of a "Health and Safety" audit of
1 of the engineers vans.
Where his Safety Helmet was loose in the back and therefore might move around and get damaged.

Grizzly,
it will come in handy as your football kit bag!
or for your packed lunch!!
or even it might make a good christmas present!!!

Re: Health and Safety Gone Mad.
Grizzly,we were given these rucksacks about a year ago for our ppe and many people do not use them for the purpose intended. For me,i use it for putting my oil pump in,so it does not leak all over my van.
We will be getting new ones soon because of the company name change.I wonder what i can put in that one?If it ain't broke, it doesn't have enough features yet.

Re: Health and Safety Gone Mad.
I wonder if Rucksack is the correct term, perhaps Personal Protective Equipment Portable Protective Enclosure would be more suitable. Now if someone could just invent something to store the rucksack in thus protecting it from damage we would be all set !

Maybe you should have a rucksack to protect your rucksack!
