What does it mean 'High auction Pressure' ?

You mean "high suction pressure"?
It mean that suction pressure is higher then normal/expected.

Or, sometimes people use the term high suction pressure to indicate a system operating at higher suction pressures rather than a system operating with lower suction pressures.
This business is sometimes difficult to understand because of all the different terms that people use to describe something.
For one person it means one thing... for someone else it means another. (even in English) I can imagine the problems and confusion with translating this into another language.If all else fails, ask for help.
