Hot gas pipe sizing
Hi,
I'm new at the field and I was wondering if anyone could tell me where can I find some charts (if there's any...) to size hot gas piping? Or some books?
Thanks,
MarcoM

The Prof considers the 2002 ASHRAE Handbook of Refrigeration to be fairly definitive on this subject. Chapter 2 covers halocarbon refrigerants and Chapter 3 ammonia.
Sporlan publishes a refrigerant line sizing chart that the Prof himself put together. Ask for Form 5-162. www.sporlan.comProf Sporlan
