Re: I didn't understand...
Hi Zapoy and welcome to the forum
Congratulations on your attempt at posting in English as I wouldn't know where to start to post in your mother tongue
Unfortunately, I think what you are trying to tell/ask us has been lost in translation, and that's why you are not getting any replies.
Is there any chance that you could try to explain it a little better?

Re: I didn't understand...
I think that he has a controller which has, amongst others, two options...
1, Drip Period
2, Drain down time
He needs parameters for each one and also, I think, an explanation of the two items.
I would go for the 'drip period' as the time for the coil to complete defrost and drip water under gravity.
The drain down time is possibly to allow the drain pan to clear but I'm not sure myself.
Any takers?Brian - Newton Abbot, Devon, UK

Re: I didn't understand...
Drip time is used when the fan has been running whilst on defrost.(off-cycle)
Drain down is the time after defrost you want to wait before you start up the compressor.(electric or hot-gas)
If you are using assisted defrost i.e heater or hot-gas then you do not need drip time and set it to 0.
If you have the defrost as off-cycle and the fan is running, the drip time is the time the fan is off after defrost and this is set to 2 minutes.
I hope that made sense. If it ain't broke, it doesn't have enough features yet.

Re: I didn't understand...
No, not my controller, just going by the posts above.
I cannot find any info on the "next" controller that Zapoy is working with.Looking through data sheets on some controllers i work with,i found drip time settings or drain down settings, but not both on the same controller.
I spoke to someone regarding these settings and was told that depending on the type of defrost used, drip time settings can be disabled and just drain down can be used,or visa versa. If it ain't broke, it doesn't have enough features yet.

Re: I didn't understand...
I've found a "nextcontrols.com" but their website doesn't have any tech info on it.
It looks as though they might sell you some however...Brian - Newton Abbot, Devon, UK
