1283 capacity in watts, need to be converted to fridge +5c

i was asked to convert double door frizer -21c frizer to a fridge,the comp' at the moment is lbp aspera j2122gk. r404a,cc34.2,watts1283,my question is what hbp on r22 comp' to choose ,hp,cc,watts?&if it cen be converted with the same cppilary tube
