Pipe sizing chart

Hello everybody,
Would anyone have a pipe sizing chart to hand, I need to work out the pipe sizes for a remote condenser which is going to be fitted to replace a water cooled condenser on a RCU400 Hitachi chiller.

Andy probably not what you need but all I could find in my documents on short notice that was not specifically focused on residential piping practices. The attachment is a ppt, converted to pdf that was written by Garth Denison it's the DuPont Refrigerant Piping Handbook - the Engineering Section - hope it is of some assistance. File is too large to do as an attachment so I put it on Rapidshare.
