NAS value lubrication oil
Hello,
Can somebody inform me about what the normal NAS value of the lubrication oil should be in a chiller unit with hermetic screw compressor should be? We have done some oil analyses but I don't know if the results of this analyses are normal or high? What value is still acceptable? Or when we do have to change the lubrication oil?
I am curious if somebody can say something about this subject.
John

Hello John and congratulations on your first post.
We need to know a little more about the oil that your are analyzing, for example - what type of oil is it ?Brian - Newton Abbot, Devon, UK
