r417a vs r22 in chiller application

    Hi sirs
We design a 39kw chiller per the r22 condition and then charge the r417a. We find the cooling capacity is much lower the designed. There's no data tell us what the exact difference between r417a and r22 in chiller application. Who have the related experience ? Pls help!

    regards
