Quik question guys........
Is it necessary to have an oscilloscope for the correct diagnosis of inverter systems?

No for compressor and power inverter, but for diagnosing communication problems between indoor and outdoor unit/s you should have one of cheep DMM-oscilloscopes like this one:

It is also necessary with non-inverters who have PCB-s that communicates.
