    Service Network in France?

We are looking for a Service Network across France to support our medical refrigerators.

Sorry - as our French parle is 'non'! they would need to be able to understand us on the end of the phone and on fax/e-mail as we provide them with technical support.

These are 'commercial' type refrigerators with special electronic controllers fitted.

Any guidance or suggetions would be greatly appreciated!

    Re: Service Network in France?

My first suggestion would be to learn French.

To expect to penetrate a foreign market without knowledge of the base language must be fraught with hazards.

    Hi
I suggest that you employ a Bilingual engineer to test these fridges of yours to destruction & write a decent service manual in both French & English to accompany the fridges. I personaly am bilingual in english & dutch & I carry dictionaries in my van for those times that I work on French or Italian kit. Any half decent engineer would do the same. Hope that this helps
