Standard Temp for Display

Hi,

I want to know a standard Temp for the display cases like Dairy, Produce , and Deli & meat cabinet both display and cold store and also for the frozen item meat chicken and ice cream doe super market since I need it and i want to know from you

Hi Kh1971

These temps are what you should be aiming to acheive:
Dairy cabinets 0-5 celcius
Produce " 4-9 "
Deli " -1to4 "
Meat " -1to3 "
Ice cream -20to-25
frozen meat -15to-22

Colstore temps:
Dairy 2c
meat -1c
frozen -24c
Produce 5c
