Unit coolers using glycol
Dear All,
I need some details to my design.
Plant : Vegetables.
Refrigerant Ammonia
Secondary Coolant:38% Prop. Glycol.
The temp.for the rooms are as follows.
Raw Goods Vegtables Mixed: 4ºC
Cleaning & Sorting 4ºC
Processing 15ºC
Cleaning of dirty crates 22ºC
Finished Goods 0ºC
The above said are customer requirements. We cannot change.
Basically I consider the Room temp 0ºC and take the glycol temp. as follows
Temp in to the unit coolers: -14ºC
Temp Out from the unit coolers:-7ºC
My Question is
- Is it possible to attain the room temp 22ºC in the same temperature program.
- If not what is the solution for that.
Hope I will get some details.
Regards,
TJK

Remember Relative Humidity is important. The same should be 80 to 85%.
