Cylinders
This was todays little lunch time discussion after someone asked what the recovery cylinder fill ratio was for a HFC Nitrogen mix.
a) What level of protection do you expect on a refrigerant cylinder?
b) What level of protection do you expect on a recovery cylinder?
Thoughts were NRV and Safety Relief (busting disk) on a) and just a safety relief on b)
Then we got on to the Transportable Pressure Vessels Directive and almost decided the relief device was mandatory.
So any views?
