New Guy from Napa

I'm very new at the forumn lingo, so I'll start with my name, Rick. I design energy efficiency (EE) cooling projects for the Data Center, Winery, and Food Processing industry. I work for Bell Products, Inc. in Napa CA which specializes in Residential & Commericial spec construction and service.

My background is as a service mechanic that had the oppertunity of owning his own Industrial Refrigeration Company (failed miserably due to lack of business savy lasted 6 years) specializing in energy projects for the Industrial Industry. I desgned the sold them, M&A them, applied fo the rebates, etc.

I am joining a forum to find out what other people think, how they apply EE measures, and what's different around the world. I want to know what's most important to people in other countries, what the energy costs, and how the water situation.
