help for planing an RHVAC service shop

dear colegue i am planing to get some information about my futur RHVAC service shop.
here is my history.
i am working for a US firm as hvac tech for 15 years in broadcasting station in morocco.the firm will shout down the station for that i am planing to get a service shop for all RHVAC application here in Tangier north of morocco 15 kms from europe.
dear colegue i need somes informations ideas for this future shop including:
-- the layout of service shop.
--the logo.
--the uniforme.
--shop record.
--bookkeeping.
--genaral information advices.

I think that you should prepare for service van instead of shop, unless you are going to service only mobile AC and fridges.
