Article HP is way out for global Warming

It's better to keep your mouth shut and give the impression that you're stupid than to open it and remove all doubt.

A very long-winded sales pitch for heat pumps.

The Japs only do one thing,,, manufacture products.
But they have no natural resorces so are 100% dependant on imported oil & gas.
The Japanise government are able to meet Kyoto Protocol commitments by promoting new CO2 heat pump technology.
This has the benifit of reduced depentance on imported oil & gas but more impotantly helps the economy because the major manufacturers are busy manufacturing millions of EcoCute water heaters for the Jananese domestic market.
The public benifit from reduced cost of hot water & heating.
    Everyone in Japan benifits.

Meenwhile in UK the government meets Kyoto Protocol commitment by default because it allowed the decline of manufacturing & dirty manufacture of stuff like steel has all gone to china & the like.
Mr Brown only knows how to raise taxes on stuff like fuel.
    So short sighted.
Soon EcoCute water heaters will become common in Europe but you can be sure none will be made in the UK.
