I Have A Panasonic Cu-a12ckp5 The Condensor Fan Is Not Running When Trying To Cool. I Have Connected 240 V To Fan And It Runs Ok, By The Looks Of The Wiring Diagram It Has A Fan Speed Controller On The Indoor Unit Pcb To Control The Outdoor Fan And There Is A Thermister Which Controls This (i Presume) But That Is Open Circuit, Does Anyone Know Its Resistance Should Be (at About 30 Degrees C) And The 2 Relays For The Condensor Fan Every So Often Are Chattering!
Please Help I Know Nothing About Panasonic At All!!!

The service manual is 11MB, so I don't know how to get it for you.
But the condenser fan relay on the I/U PCB is a solid state relay that's prone to fail in my experience.

If a thermistor was open circuit, the unit would know and cut out on fault, flashing its LEDs and not running at all. The plugs are really small, are you sure your multimeter probes are getting good contact to the thermistor leads?
