Re: daikin problem
OK,
L9 = Stall prevention
UH = Improper connection of transmission wiring between outdoor unit and outdoor unit outside control adaptor
F3 = Abnormal discharge pipe temp.
You might be right, the PCB might be on the blink..
But I would investigate a bit further before I order a new one.
Disconnect the inverted compressor, reset the unit and carry out a inverter check procedure just to see what happens.....
No doubt one of the Daikin guys will be able to give better information shortly.

Re: daikin problem
UH - Malfunction of system, refrigerant system address undefined
* if you didn't worked with automatic addressing you must set address for each indoor unit, maybe you forgot some
* check the wiring connection between indoor and outdoor unit.
F3 - Abnormal discharge pipe temperature outdoor unit
* check the discharge temperature sensor, they are on the right side of the outdoor unit PCB
L9 - Inverter startup error
* check if stop valve is opened
* is a difference between high and low pressure prior to startup 0.2MPa? If not check the refrigerant system.
* check compressor wires, and measure windings
If you need more help do not hesitate to ask
