Carrier Access Codes

Hi All.

Can anyone please help me with a problem, i am desperatly trying to get hold of the carrier service and factory level access codes for the pro dialog and pro dialog plus controls.

if you can help with this it would be very much appreciated.

I am confused as to what passwords/ codes you are hopeing to get?
If you search the following link (at bottom of page)you can gain access to a large amount of pro dialog and pro dialog plus data. (in pdf format)
If necessary I may be able to help as I have some manuals on file. Could you be more specific as to what units are applicable?

Thanks for the reply, I am after the service and factory access codes to enter the pro dialog and plus controllers to enable you to enter the service settings in the software etc, for example the code 11, which is in the manual for client access and will allow you on the pro dialog and the plus controller to dry test all your components of the micro board, comps, solenoids etc, but there are further codes to go in and check the machine parameters and settings ltl, lp, etc, these are not listed in the manuals for normal client access, but for service.

Those codes are not listed for a reason. So that the client can not change any service / factory parameters that could possibly end in a failure. You should not need to change any of the Service or Factory tables.

I know that is a very good reason, and clients should never be told even their access codes, but when you work for a manufacturing service company, its sometimes nice to go in and check these parameters when carrier havent got the contract anymore.

Hi, yes the 30 gx and any of the other models 30ht etc, with the old pro dialog and the new pro dialog plus.
