Liropa Controllers (Linde Fridges)

Does Anybody out there have any details on the set-up codes on Liropa controllers on Linde Fridges. Whenever i try to set one up all i get is numbers, nothing sensible like "Set" or "Diff" on Hawco, Eliwell or other user friendly controllers.
I Have tried to contact Linde but just get passed from one Dept to the next and then never hear back.
