The industry here is flooded with wholesalers , not only selling all the bits you need but the will do all the engineering etc , my suggestion is contact this one in the State you want to live in and the will probably give you some contacts

Apart from that Seek.com is Full of Fridgy jobs , transport industry is not my area , but i'm sure you wont have any trouble .
There is a licencing system being put in place across Aussie so , you may need to get that soon http://www.arctick.org/news/news.php
