    Please suggest the density of Bitumen & Tarfelt used for cold room flooring.

    Sanjeev,
    The only reason for the tarfelt / bitumen is to form a vaour barrier between the room and the outside. A sufficient thickness I would suggest is 6mm (1/4 inch). This will be enough to permeate the insulation gaps completely and form the barrier as well as bonding the insulation material to the finished exterior.
