EO error message

Just moved into a house and system won't work saying EO. Can anyone help

you will find the system is out on safety devices on the outdoor unit.
you will need an engineer to have a look at it.
It could be compressor motor overload, condenser fan motor overload, or a refrigerant problem depending on the model of your system.
