Piston compressor overhaul

Hey, my first post here :)

Im going to overhaul a small piston compressor, its for a provition room in the boat im working with. There have been some tec's that changed belt from the electric engine to the compressor and they told me the shaft on the compressor was not feeling good.

Im wondering since there is no overhaul kit if there is something else then bearings and gaskets that I meybe need?

Piston rings, shaft seal?

Suction and discharge valves plus valve plate , and maybe a new crankshaft if the main bearings are suspect. Probably cheaper to get a reconditioned machine than buy all new parts.
