Trane, at least in the UK, used to send out the O&M package with the new machine. After that if you wanted extra copies you had to pay for them.
Trane has a contractors portal with all sorts of technical info but a password is needed , your local Trane branch are the ones that would grant you access to it if they wish. https://www.comfortsite.com/ebiz/default.aspx
