Arctic chill modular chiller service password
Our company was awarded a new contract for a replacement facility. Our heat recovery chiller has decided it doesn't want to act right, it's an arctic chill modular chiller, 270 tR with 10 modulars. Initially, the compressors would stage up on 5 minute intervals, but since a power outage (this is not on emergency power) the compressors stage up at 10 seconds intervals causing it to trip on low evap temp. The user set points has a password of 0011, however we are in need of the service password. Being that it is a new facility, warranty is a fight and we are not permitted to call contractors out directly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Can you identify the control module, is it Danfoss mcx for example?
