YK % FLA still at 125% during transition

We have a new encounter fault for this (3) unit of YK chiller. Can you please assist us regarding the YK problem and we have encountering the chiller starting % FLA current to the Starter and the starter type is Electromechanical and wasn't going down even for 10 seconds remaining from Wye- to delta sequence. We conduct the simulation on this starter EM without load and the starter is good.:rolleyes:

The FLA is 396 design of motor and the actual FLA is 603 from starting from the ARD-3 monitor. But the problem is the Start motor current %FLA at the control panel display read out is not going down this current % for 10 seconds remaining from wye to delta once the starter sequence in 10 seconds and our Service team didn't continue to run the unit for long time because of the possibility to burn motor winding or the Transition resistor.:eek:

We already check all wiring connection. Okay
