Heat Pump Sizving vs Operating Hours

Hello All,

I am doing some research regarding the heat capacity of a heat pump required for my 34 cubic meter pool.
What is not clear to me is the following:
Assuming the right heat pump sizing for my pool is about 10kW, If I purchase a stronger 17kW pool heat pump will the pump require less daily operating hours to warm the pool to a fix desired temperature than the smaller 10kW heat pump?
ps. (I understand that the 17kW heat pump requires higher input power thus it will consume more electricity per hour) .
