Interesting project.
To save duplication it might help if you let us know which ones you already have details of.
From the web after a very quick search I came across Llandudno...

Hi Roger.
Unless I am mistaken, you are taking about the ex Government cold stores.
I worked for what was TDG Novacold Group. from memory there was something like 31 stores nationally.
Ones I can remember that have to my knowledge been raised to the ground (*) are
Exeter* (Pinhoe) Reading* (London Road) Cardiff* (By The Station) Avonmouth still operating!
I know there are others around the country but as to which are old Govy \depots Usually next to a railway. I am not sure that some like like Eastleigh (Southampton) Estover (Plymouth) were that old.
I know a manager that collected site memorabilia but I have not seen him to speak to for a few years now.
Good luck Grizzly
I worked at one at sutton in ashfield but all the original plant had been removed
I also worked at doncaster in 80s but is now small start up units
Goldsbrough is one i worked at but original plant was not accessible this has now gone
I think the original equipment was Sterns
