Soap Plant Load Calculations

Good Morning to Everybody.

I am happy if anyone clears my doubt.

I am having the following enquiry for a soap plant.

Soap Plant Dimensions: 54 x 32 x5 m

Room Temp: 25ºC

Electrical Power consumption of Equipments: 35 KW

As per my calculations the total heat load is 117 KW

But my customer having some quote from Industrial air-conditioning having heat load of 265KW for the same plant room.

My doubt is the heat load for the plant room should be same either for refrigeration or air-conditioning. The processing will be the different. How it could be 265 KW for air-conditioning.

I attached my worksheet for your reference. But I don’t have the work sheet for air-conditioning.
