Yes these will, but you will need to install fan coil units for cooling as you will get condensation forming on the radiators which will become unsightly and eventually cause them to rust.
Pumping chilled water through the underfloor loops is also not a good idea as you could get condensation forming under the floor, which would soak into the insulation rendering it next to useless.

I want to choose a heat pump for house underfloor heating. My friend advises to install heat pump from Husky company. I read a lot of about them, and it looks good. What can you say? What would you recommend?

The Husky sales people are just that sales people, not technical engineers.
We wont install them, in fact the insist on doing it themselves and then wont give us the manuals to go and maintain them.....
