I have a damaged AOC LM760 LCD screen (cracked), display lights up in certain areas,
But I want to replace is with another panel of similar size. (ACER V173 17 Inches)
My question is will the Active Matrix connector mates with the female receptacle of the other screen pin-for-pin and will it work?

AOC LM760 has 15 pin D sub connector. Cannot find the Acer model you mentioned online. If the connector is the same it will work

Sorry guys, I finally found out how to ask for what I really want to know:
Is the LCD panel ribbon cable connector compatible between AOC LM760 and ACER v173?

From a quick search on google it looks like the connections are different but you can buy a cable that will have the right connection. So yes the monitor will work and no the cable will need to be replaced.
