asya12lcc blinking timer light?

hello!
excuse me if im not in the right place (new user)
i have a fujitsu asya12lcc here in the uk
when switched on
red operation light comes on not alot happens and shortly after the green timer light blinks twice then repeats this for some time and nothing happens?
any help would be fantastic
