The answer is no, the discharge temperature will be well below the boiling point of water, also electrical elements for water heating are very inexpensive.
An electric kettle rated at 3KW can be purchased in the UK for less the £15.00 so I think in your part of the world it would be the same or less.
YOu only can use it to col and to heat water to...let's say 60°C.
