clivet chiller

2x clivet wasat-22140 chillers on r407c have phase monitor alarm. alarm will clear but then come
back, chillers will not run. trend controller is showing the chillers enabled set point is 15c water inlet temp is 27c ambient temp today was 24c.
Checked 3-phase supply which seems balanced, so does anyone know where to find the monitor
and how to check it. Also noticed top pressurisation set leaking water but this is another fault.
Asked the customer if any phase reversal has taken place,but they are not aware of anything.
The only other work carried out recently is some heating pumps have been changed in a boiler house,but i cannot see this is relevant.

Is there a carel RSF relay or have the sparkles been messing about in the H&V panel
