I've never forgotten the way Hugh Hawkins (sure a few people know him!) told us how to remember these two laws. Well, for those who have heard of British Telecom and Cirriculum Vitae anyway.
Boyles Law: Constant Temperature - BT
Charles Law: Constant Volume - CV
Cheers,

Boyles Law: Well at least I got that bit right.
Charles Law: Constant Pressure - as in PC (Politicaly Correct)
The Pressure Law (this is where my stray thoughts ran to): p1/t1=p2/t2 which is Pressure at Constant Volume (PCV)
Combined Gas Law: (p1v1/t1)=(p2v2/t2) (t is on the bottom like your toes are)
Back to school for me then.:o
