I have a polar T316 Ice Machine which was working fine until last week, It now starts up the tray goes to fill up with water but before it does the tray then drops down again and keeps doing this cycle. I have let the tray get to its position and then disconnected the motor so it does not drop and it begins the ice making process. Have you any ideas what the fault is. Any help would be appreciated.
