The Big Green Refrigeration Company LTD is a growing business working closely with other local businesses around Cheshire as well as national companies throughout the UK. The ongoing loyalty of our current customers along with our growing network of new ones means that we are now actively seeking a qualified engineer or Improver to meet this growing demand.
We work with commercial air conditioning and refrigeration units along with other cooling systems. We have several maintenance contracts with services that we complete twice yearly. We have also had an increased number of installs over the past few years as well as covering the usual breakdowns and emergencies.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of various commercial refrigeration systems and air conditioning units and will be proactive in their work, particularly when it comes to diagnostics and repairs.

Essential candidate criteria:
- Qualified to a minimum level 2 NVQ or equivalent
- Must hold an F Gas certificate
- Previous experience in diagnosing, repairing, installing and servicing refrigeration and air conditioning units
- Must hold a full UK driving license
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willing to work over-time when necessary and complete work out of hours
- Able to work an on-call rota at weekends and bank holidays
