leaking HC refrigerant in semihermetic compressor

Hi everybody!!

I have trouble with a semihermetic compressor (discus) that works with HC refrigerant and Polyalylenglycol. It has been reported that the refrigerant is leaked. Is it possible that sealings doesn´t work due to the HC refrigerant or the mixture between refrigerant and lubricant?

You need to check with your compressor manufacturer for the materials used in the gaskets and 0-rings. Then se if they are suitable fro use with your HC refrigerant and the PAG oil.
